My name is Ian Graham and I run Swayed Greyhound. I’ve been delivering sales and customer service training since 2007.
My background is in private sector sales and customer service, which informs all the coaching and training I deliver. This experience means I understand what makes a successful sales team, and that I understand and appreciate the power of a good customer experience.
